Withdrawals

Once you have accumulated earnings and set up a bank account, you can request a withdrawal to transfer funds to your bank.

Prerequisites

Before requesting a withdrawal:

  • You must have a bank account registered.
  • Your Available Balance must be at least $10.00.

Requesting a Withdrawal

  1. Go to Billing from the sidebar.
  2. In the Earnings Wallet section, click Withdraw Funds.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
  4. Confirm the withdrawal.

Withdrawal Processing

After you submit a withdrawal request:

  1. The withdrawal amount moves from Available Balance to Pending Debits.
  2. The transfer is processed by our payment partner.
  3. Funds are deposited into your bank account.
  4. The transaction status updates to Succeeded.

Processing times vary by bank and region, but most withdrawals complete within 2-5 business days.

Withdrawal Statuses

StatusDescription
PendingThe withdrawal has been submitted and is being processed.
SucceededThe funds have been transferred to your bank account.
FailedThe transfer could not be completed. Funds are returned to your Available Balance.
CancelledThe withdrawal was cancelled before processing.

Fees

Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the transfer method and destination. Any applicable fees are shown before you confirm the withdrawal and are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

Troubleshooting

  • Withdrawal failed -- Check that your bank account information is correct and up to date. Common issues include incorrect account numbers or routing codes.
  • Minimum not met -- You must have at least $10.00 in your Available Balance to withdraw.
  • Long processing time -- International transfers may take longer than domestic ones. If a withdrawal is still pending after 7 business days, contact support.
