Products
Products are the items you want to promote inside AI conversations. Each product is tied to a project and can be assigned to one or more campaigns.
Creating a Product
- Navigate to your project's Products tab.
- Click Add Product.
- Fill in the product details:
- Name -- The display name of your product (e.g., "Pro Plan", "Running Shoes", "Design Tool").
- Description -- A clear description of what the product is and what it does. This description is used to match your product to relevant conversations, so be specific and accurate.
- URL -- The landing page URL where users will be directed when they click on your product.
- Click Create.
Writing Good Product Descriptions
Your product description directly affects how well your products are matched to relevant AI conversations. Follow these guidelines:
- Be specific -- Instead of "A great tool for teams," write "A project management tool for software development teams with sprint planning, issue tracking, and CI/CD integration."
- Include key features -- Mention the primary capabilities and differentiators of your product.
- State the target audience -- Who is this product for? Developers? Marketers? Small business owners?
- Keep it factual -- Avoid superlatives and marketing fluff. Focus on what the product actually does.
Editing a Product
- Find the product in the Products tab.
- Click the edit action on the product row.
- Update the name, description, or URL.
- Save your changes.
When you edit a product that is assigned to an active campaign, the changes take effect the next time the campaign is activated or refreshed.
Assigning Products to Campaigns
Products must be assigned to at least one campaign to be eligible for promotion. You can assign products to campaigns from the campaign detail page.
A single product can be assigned to multiple campaigns across the same project.
