Managing Campaigns

Once a campaign is created, you can manage it from the campaign detail page.

Campaign Detail Page

The campaign detail page has two sections:

Overview

The overview shows:

• Serving toggle -- Turn the campaign on or off.
• Budget -- The budget amount and type (daily or total).
• Total spend -- How much has been spent so far.
• Base CPC -- The maximum cost per click.
• Schedule -- Start and end dates if set.
• Assigned products -- The list of products in this campaign.

History

A timeline of changes made to the campaign. See Campaign History.

Activating a Campaign

To activate a campaign:

1. Go to the campaign detail page.
2. Toggle the serving switch to On.

Activation requires:

• A verified domain on the project.
• At least one product assigned to the campaign.
• Sufficient wallet funds.

If any of these conditions are not met, activation will be blocked with an explanatory message.

Pausing a Campaign

To pause a campaign:

1. Go to the campaign detail page.
2. Toggle the serving switch to Off.

The campaign status changes to Paused (User). Your products will stop appearing in AI conversations. You can reactivate the campaign at any time.

note

If the system pauses your campaign (due to budget exhaustion, insufficient wallet funds, or schedule end), the status will show as Paused (System). Resolve the underlying issue and reactivate manually.

Editing a Campaign

1. Click Edit Campaign on the campaign detail page.
2. You can modify:
   • Campaign name
   • Extra info / context
   • Base CPC
   • Budget amount and type
   • Start and end dates
3. Save your changes.

Changes to an active campaign take effect after the campaign is refreshed.

Managing Products in a Campaign

Adding Products

1. On the campaign detail page, find the Assigned Products section.
2. Click Add Products.
3. Select the products you want to add from the list.
4. Confirm.

Adding products to an active campaign requires a verified domain.

Viewing Products

The assigned products section lists all products in the campaign with their name, description, and URL.
