Campaign History

Vexrail keeps a history of changes made to your campaigns, giving you a clear audit trail of how a campaign has evolved over time.

Viewing History​

  1. Navigate to the campaign detail page.
  2. Switch to the History tab.

The history view shows a timeline of campaign snapshots, each representing a point-in-time state of the campaign.

What Is Tracked​

Each snapshot captures:

  • Campaign name and settings at that point in time.
  • Budget amount and type.
  • Base CPC.
  • Schedule dates.
  • The products assigned to the campaign at that moment.

Comparing Versions​

You can view the details of any historical snapshot to see what the campaign looked like at that point in time, including which products were assigned and what the campaign settings were.

This is useful for:

  • Auditing -- Understanding what changed and when.
  • Troubleshooting -- Identifying if a configuration change affected performance.
  • Compliance -- Keeping a record of campaign configurations over time.
