Wallet

Your advertiser wallet holds the funds used to pay for clicks on your promoted products. Campaigns can only serve when your wallet has a positive balance.

Wallet Balance

Your wallet displays three balance figures:

AvailableFunds available for spending on active campaigns.
ConfirmedTotal confirmed funds including both available and already spent.
Pending chargesCharges that are being processed but not yet finalized.

Adding Funds

  1. Go to Billing from the sidebar.
  2. Click Add Funds.
  3. Select a quick amount ($50, $100, $250, $500, or $1,000) or enter a custom amount.
  4. Complete the payment through the secure payment form.

Payments are processed by our payment partner. Funds are typically available within minutes after a successful payment.

Supported Payment Methods

The payment form accepts major credit and debit cards. Additional payment methods may be available depending on your region.

When Funds Run Low

If your wallet balance drops to zero or below the minimum required for your active campaigns:

  • Active campaigns will be paused by the system.
  • You will see a status of Paused (System) on affected campaigns.
  • Add funds and manually reactivate the campaigns to resume serving.

Monitor your wallet balance regularly and add funds before it runs out to avoid interruptions to your campaigns.
