Transactions
The transactions page provides a complete record of all financial activity in your advertiser wallet.
Viewing Transactions
- Go to Billing from the sidebar.
- Scroll down to the Transaction History section.
Transactions are listed in reverse chronological order (newest first) and are paginated.
Transaction Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Top-up | Funds you added to your wallet. |
| Spend | General spending deductions. |
| CPC Cost | A charge for a click on one of your promoted products. |
| Refund | Funds returned to your wallet (e.g., for invalid clicks or disputes). |
Transaction Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Pending | The transaction is being processed. |
| Succeeded | The transaction completed successfully. |
| Failed | The transaction did not complete. No funds were moved. |
| Cancelled | The transaction was cancelled before completion. |
Filtering Transactions
You can filter the transaction list by:
- Type -- Show only specific transaction types (Top-up, Spend, Refund, CPC Cost).
- Status -- Show only transactions with a specific status.
Use filters to quickly find specific transactions or to analyze spending patterns.
