Analytics

Vexrail provides analytics dashboards to help you understand how your campaigns are performing and make data-driven optimization decisions.

Dashboard Metrics

The advertiser dashboard displays key metrics at the top of the page:

  • Available Funds -- Your current wallet balance.
  • Currently Serving -- Number of active campaigns.
  • Total Products -- Number of products across all projects.
  • Active Projects -- Number of projects with active campaigns.

Below the summary cards, you will see a cost breakdown by project.

Daily Stats

The daily stats section provides detailed performance data with two chart views:

Performance Overview

A line chart showing trends over time. Use this to spot patterns and track how your performance changes day to day.

Daily Breakdown

A bar chart showing the same metrics in a daily breakdown format. Use this to compare specific days.

Available Metrics

MetricDescription
Total CostThe total amount spent across the selected scope and time period.
Click CountThe total number of clicks on your promoted products.
Average CPCThe average cost per click (total cost divided by click count).
Impression CountThe number of times your products were shown in AI conversations.

Filtering

You can filter analytics data by:

  • Project -- View stats for a specific project or across all projects.
  • Campaign -- Drill down to a specific campaign within a project.
  • Date range -- Select a custom date range to analyze.

Tips for Using Analytics

  • Compare time periods -- Use the date range filter to compare performance week-over-week or month-over-month.
  • Monitor CPC trends -- If your average CPC is consistently near your base CPC bid, consider whether you need to adjust.
  • Track click-through rate -- Compare impressions to clicks to gauge how relevant your product placements are.
  • Check by campaign -- Use the campaign filter to identify your best and worst-performing campaigns.
